The SBDC is Springfield, Ohio’s Neighborhood Champion for Small Business Saturday

Every year, the Saturday after Thanksgiving marks Small Business Saturday, a chance for people all around the country to show their support for locally-owned small businesses. This year, we’ve got plans to make this a really big deal. Will your company join us in this community-wide effort?

It’s time to start planning for Small Business Saturday.

We are starting to organize efforts to blow Small Business Saturday through the roof in 2017! You see, one of the Small Business Development Center’s core values is to love and lead our community loudly. One of the ways we want to do this is by leading the charge for community-wide efforts to promote small businesses. Small Business Saturday is a natural fit!

Will you join us in leading this effort? Will you rally the other store owners around you to join forces to draw a ton of people into your stores on this one day of the year where the whole country will be encouraged to shop small and shop local?

If you’re willing to join us, we’ll give you all the tools, resources, and guidance you need to get it done. We can even meet with you one-on-one prior to the big day to plan your efforts.

Join the Movement

We’re looking for store owners who want to spearhead a Small Business Saturday promotion in their own shopping district or center. Don’t worry, it’s pretty easy! And the SBDC is here to help you shine on this huge shopping day!
