The Springfield Professionals Mastermind Group is a place for professionals who are self-driven to grow personally and professionally. We come from a variety of industries, including:

• Accounting firms
• Law offices
• Banks, investment offices, and financial planning firms
• Insurance Agencies
• Real Estate Brokers

We follow the standard Mastermind format, which means that each time we meet, one member will be in the hot seat. This is their opportunity to present an opportunity or challenge that’s on their mind and receive feedback and guidance from their fellow Mastermind members. We all look forward to being in the hot seat, but get a lot of this time even when it’s not our turn. Aside from this, we take some time to share how things have been going for us (the good, the bad, and the ugly) and what our goals are in the short-term (so that we can hold each other accountable to them).
