We are looking for people who own small, service-oriented businesses in the Greater Springfield area. Whether you own a auto repair shop, hair salon, computer repair business, or event planning business … if you sell your services and not a product … you’d fit in around here.

What do we do in this Mastermind Group? Simply put, we help each other get better. We talk about our wins and challenges from the past week and whether we accomplished the things we said we would the last time we met. We talk share our goals. And each week, one of us takes a ride on the Hot Seat, which is a chance for that person to go deep into an opportunity, challenge, or … whatever … and receive input, advice, and constructive criticism from peers that he or she respects and trusts.

In the end, we can promise you that you will grow both personally and professionally by opening up to a group of entrepreneurs who go through many of the same ups and downs as you.
