MASTOREMIND is a group of local retail store owners who get together regularly to help each other grow both professionally and personally. While the products each of us sells may be wildly different, many of us experience the same challenges and opportunities and can learn from each other (which we do often).

Some of the things our members may want to talk about on any given week include:

• Advertising methods
• Social media tactics
• Burnout
• Supply chain issues
• POS systems
• Salesmanship
• Website conversions
• Inventory management

Each week, one member will take a ride in the HOT SEAT. This is their opportunity to present a particular opportunity or challenge that’s on their mind and receive feedback and guidance from their fellow Mastermind members. This is the best part of being in a Mastermind Group!
