We designed these exclusive executive retreats to give local business owners and CEOs a chance to unwind, reflect, and recharge with like-minded peers. We believe it’s important for these high-level executives to have a peer group that they can talk to in an intimate and honest way without fear of judgement or retribution. For this reason, we are very careful to limit the presence of any direct competitors.

Our guests are hand-picked by SBDC staff members and consultants to ensure that each person in attendance has the experience, skill set, and network to drive one another toward a higher level of success in their businesses.
